It is impossible to visit one’s Facebook news feed without popping into a few compelling ads along the way. Majority of the mobile users are likely to play Instagram to follow their friends and share their experience things on the wall. Hence, we create our business page on the Instagram and Facebook to attract more visitors to subscribe our page and reach the advertising purpose. Besides, we also use gmail to connect with our customers when theirs ordering goods have been done by sending the tracking number to inform them. It is important to build out our social channels with rockstar content, quality customer service, and eye-catching visuals. Once we optimize our social channels for success, we believe our company will not only gain loyal brand promoters, but also will begin capturing leads and converting visitors into customers.There are also many advantages we can obtain from social media marketing. The first benefit is increased our company brand recognition. Every opportunity we have to syndicate our content and increase our visibility is valuable. We think that social media networks are just new channels for our brand’s voice and content. This is important because it simultaneously makes us easier and more accessible for new customers, and makes us more familiar and recognizable for existing customers. In addition, higher conversion rates are another one of the benefits of social media marketing. Additionally, studies have shown that social media has a 100% higher lead-to-close rate than outbound marketing, and a higher number of social media followers tends to improve trust and credibility in our brand, representing social proof.On the dimension of online advertising and segmentation, we group our customers based on four segmentations which are geographic segmentation, demographic segmentation, psychographic segmentation and behavioral segmentation which can impact the marketing mix of product, price, promotion and channel to market. Moreover, we also can improve our customer retention and have better communication in each segment. By using segmentation, customer retention can be encouraged through the life cycle of a customer. Meanwhile, promotions or communications is one of the factors of marketing mix which is absolutely dependent on STP. We need to provide different skills of communications for our target market group.
